About the Founder
Tony Coppage is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and attended Berea College in Kentucky as an art and education major. Although he spent much of his early career in corporate advertising and graphics, he left the corporate environment to pursue his passion for the outdoors and creative learning techniques. Tony now has over 20 years of experience in supporting corporate and youth groups in discovering new ways of working together and solving problems. During his career he has worked throughout the United States including Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Alaska.
Tony Coppage incorporates fun and insightfully challenging thought into every presentation. Coppage Associates provides support to organizations in the area of team building, conflict resolution, diversity awareness, and communication. He and his team are very involved in public schools and communities throughout the US.
Tony is a certified Wilderness First Responder, multiple system ropes course facilitator/trainer, parenting instructor and master facilitator. Additional skills and training have been acquired through Outward Bound, Landmark Education, Stevenson Psychological and The Breakthrough Foundation.

Company history
TCA was founded in 1998, after spending many years producing programs for other organizations, including Outward Bound, Wolfcreek Wilderness School, Department of Juvenile Justice and the YMCA. Based on my commitment to those organizations, I did not offer my services independent of them in the TCA style of facilitation. A key goal of the organization is safely moving and motivating youth and adults through multiple growth points.
Now Tony Coppage Associates includes Master Educators, Scientists, Business owners and Spanish speaking staff members. Our commitment is to continue training families and corporate organizations in socially responsible ways of working without creating more of a divide between growth and responsibility.
