The original experiential educator, our founder,Tony Coppage began working with teens in 1974 and in 1989 incorporated programming for adults after too many request to deney. 

His approach and teachings are that you can't continue building "teams"anyplace without addressing the social and personal responsibility of the individuals involved in any team or group.Our  clients often request us because of that commitment and ability to address those sensitive issues.
